Healthy 10 Fitness Boot Camp

Healthy 10 Fitness and Wellness' Boot Camp program is designed to help you lose weight, strengthen and tone your body. After just 8 weeks of intense training four days a week, there will be changes in your body that everyone will notice. The program is designed to target your entire body, helping you to feel and look good all over. Here is what you need to know about the program:

 

Healthy 10 Fitness (H10F) Boot Camp's fall season begins on October 2nd, 2016. H10F holds 16 classes per month. The first class of the month is on the first Sunday of the month. All new participants can try the class for one week at no cost (Sunday not included). The schedule is as follows:

 

Sunday - 9AM

 

Monday - 5:30AM

​

Wednesday - 5:30AM

​

Friday - 5:30AM

​

COST:

Full Time: $120 - *Part Time: $40

​

Each class is for 45 minutes. Please dress appropriately.

*Sundays Only

Before begining any exercise program you must consult with your physician.

H10F will be going on a hiking trip on

September 25, 2016

to Cedarville State Park
